This was the best chashu on ramen I've EVER had. 100% うまーい !! Its so buttery and melts in your mouth, and is perfectly smokey. Place is small and super chill inside. 10/10 😁

I had soy sauce char siu noodles. The soup was light and did not feel oily, nor did it have an oily sweetness, and on the contrary, the spiciness of soy sauce was slightly noticeable. There are 3 pieces of 2 kinds of char siu, a bird and a pig. The bird is like ham, and the roasted pork is like horohoro and sea chicken. After I finished eating, I felt that this was a base soup stock that suits Shio better, so next time I left the store thinking of using salt.

The most delicious soy sauce ramen I have ever eaten! Although it is a seafood-based dashi stock, it has an elegant taste. The char siu is also roasted every time, and the work is polite.

Several people were lined up even during the daytime on weekdays, but I entered the store relatively quickly. It seemed that it was difficult to get a seat when there were 3 or more people. The back menu was delicious 😋
