This place isn't exciting or luxurious, but it's well located in the center of Tokushima with convenient restaurants and shopping just outside. Also the Kansai Airport bus drops off right outside. Rooms are clean and comfortable and standard Japanese size.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It is a very good experience.
Location is good, close to both bus station and JR station. There are many restaurants around here and u can easily find one for your meal. I saty in East tower, which has a special exit then just opposite to bus station,it is super convinent!
Facilities are good, bathroom and toilet are seperated which is good for 2+ people stay, although I am 1. :P The indoor flip flop and clothing are comfortable, I especially like the flip flop is soft and thick but not plastic hard like other hotels. There is hot spring in 11F, and offers new towels everytime. U only need to bring the key card. The onsen saves me from tired foot next day.
Some disadvantages are here. Hotel counter is in 3F, it is a bit hard to find although they already provide instrution in ground floor. People need to be careful that need to go in the mall, then take evalator to 2F, then take lift go 3F.
It is considerate to have USB charge at the front of bed, however, the charging speed is slow that overnight my phone is only 35%... Suggest people use the one on book desk would be better.
Highly recommend this hotel as I seldom find one hotel is high CP in price and Facilities.
