Himalaya Indian Restaurant and Bar

This is my go to place whenever I am craving Indian food around my neighborhood. First of all, the food is really good. I always order the Himalaya Set with 2 choices of curry, rice, nan, salad, dessert, and tandoori chicken and sausage plus drink. The price is about 1200yen for lunch for that set. The owner is very kind and very polite and always takes the time to talk to me. His wife is also attentive and efficient. The restaurant is pretty small, but it is clean and pleasant. It is right next to Keisei-Takasago Station, so if you are ever in the area and in the mood for Indian food. I highly recommend this little gem.

As other people have mentioned, the staff is very friendly. The non and Curry is delicious and I also tried the samosas which we're quite good. The staff always refill the water quickly, which is good because the curry was spicy. At the end of the meal they even encouraged us to stay longer and chat, even though we were done eating and ordering.

Delicious curry and friendly staff. We encountered this places on our way to our Airbnb and as we were looking the menu outside, one of the cooks offer us to enter and take a sit; we already eaten so we agree to come the next day, NO REGRETS!. The food was delicious, the curry had so much flavor and the nan bread came perfectly. Besides that, the prices are not high at all; even the beer!. 100% recommended, if you're passing for Takasago station and want some good food, you can go down the train, walk a few steps out of the South Exit and find this awesome place.
