Sweet Water

A very small, family based (husband chef and sommelier), totally lovely place in Kasuga. Maybe 10* min from the station and quietly opens in local residential area, so please use Mr. google map. Just 5-6 counter seats and 2-3 tables and always filled with local Italian lovers. So good vibes, take your time, no rush. The chef had been in one of the famous Italian restaurants focused on Aqua Pazza, so you can enjoy it here, too. Also you canNOT miss their great, handmade pasta choices, really great. Wines? So many glass and bottle options including not only solid ones, but also natural, natty ones. Oops, also digestive bottles available. They look always a bit busy, but please ask them anything if you can, you will have right recommendations. Cash only (maybe) and had better call before coming or reserve your seats, enjoy!

It's very delicious and the food and service are perfect. I think it's even better for people who enjoy wine.

It was more casual Italian than I had expected. I thought the taste was so good, but I thought that if the clerk's service was a little better, the evaluation would go up.

I expected too much to be nominated by Michelin Bib Gourmand. It is ordinary casual Italian. I didn't like the wine selection, but it was disappointing.
