佐渡の季節折々の食材を使ったお蕎麦屋さんです。コースの演出も中々で地の食材をリスペクト具合は最高な感じです。 お蕎麦は、十割にアゴ出汁をかけて食べる珍しいスタイルですが、絶妙に美味しいです。

I received a course of 3500 yen and it was a great answer. I really felt "delicious", "rich" and "hospitality". The humble sense of interiors and materials that add scent to it also seemed to nurture the mind of each and every eater. With the blessing of one article, one article Sado, the spread of tastes that have never been eaten, and dishes with depth have appeared. The 10% soba, which was beaten so well as the chin broth, was exquisite, and the dessert was also wonderful.
