ピンクとミドリのビルは田舎ならではの目立つ仕様で、狙っているのだと思いましたが、はじめはドキドキしましたが、4代目は東京で10年ほど修行をしてきた方で、地方とは思えないクオリティでした。 店舗の構えも大きく、法事や宴会にも使える便利なお寿司屋のイメージです。 私達はカウンターで15000円コースをいただきました。 お刺身からお寿司まで楽しみながら、一人で2.5合のお酒をランチからいただていしまいました。

The structure of the store is also heavy, and it is recommended to use the room for legal affairs. The counter and table seats are also nice. The clerk felt good and the landlady was very kind.

Yamanashi's sushi has a lot of crispness and a big impression, and it feels very volumey, but I like the spiciness and shari just right here. Especially fried eggs are delicious! Not just sweet! Slightly sweet and soft like brulee! it's the best! I always use it on anniversaries such as birthdays. I would like to have it again at the counter 👌

Anyway, the work is polite 👍 Excellent cost performance. If drinks such as wine are a little more affordable, it may be 5 stars 😅
