My husband went to the hospital in October for a foot problem. Despite little English being spoken by the reception staff, they quickly ascertained the nature of his problem using illustrated sheets and handed him over to a specialist nurse. Soon he was being attended to by four nurses who communicated using the Google Translate app. Initial diagnosis done, he was taken to the waiting area of the consultation rooms where after a ten-minute wait he was seen by a doctor. one of the nurses who spoke a little English stayed with him to translate. Script written, bows exchanged, he paid a small fee and was then led to the pharmacy building where the script was promptly filled and explained. It was a very positive experience and a great insight into the Japanese hospital experience.

It's only recently. My mother was urgently hospitalized, and the attitude of the nurse I was in charge of at that time was the worst. I was told that it wasn't possible, and my mental health fell, and I was also a family member, so I went to see him and had him prescribe medicine. After that, I wasn't injured, but when I fell down in the hospital room, the nurse called me with a laugh, so I was really sharp. I can trust this place because the doctors are kind, but the ward is The nurse is the worst

I have been taking care of my health checkup once a year since I fell down because of an acute myocardial infarction, and the behavior of the staff shows the feeling of being close to the patient in every detail. It is safe to entrust your life. Thank you,

MSW is the lowest level. Neither the feelings of the patient nor the family. All are prioritized by the company's profits and cannot be applied.

The first time I took a child to see a doctor while traveling in Japan, the staff in the hospital was very kind. Because they did not understand Japanese, the medical staff used an interpreter and telephone to translate the consultation, carefully and rigorously. The pediatrician inspected her daughter's fever and rash very carefully. The environment and facilities in the hospital are very comfortable. Thank you very much for your help and assistance
