The waitress was in a lovely kimono and treated us with kind Japanese hospitality. The yakisaba was delicately prepared, carefully seasoned rice, and grilled to a tiny hint of brown on the sides. The menu also featured both traditional and innovative items. Even the ponzu sauce for tempura was delivered a touch warm. If you enjoy refined dining, this place is a true winner. I would recommend it here even over the more famous Chozaburo.
Food here at Den Restaurant was simply fantastic. The Chawamushi was insanely smooth. Highly recommended and will return if ever I have the good fortune to revisit Sado Island. Xoxo
