Red Spider Lilys around the Kuhon-ji Temple in Gose, Nara-ken. The other day I ventured out to the Narabara area in Gose, Nara Prefecture. It's the season of the spider Lilys and the area in front of Kuhon-ji Temple is a favorite spot among landscape photographers.
20/9/26 Visit.
Jodoshu Kuhonji Temple.
It is known as a famous place for the thousand stone Buddha statues and cluster amaryllis. There is also a strolling garden, Totokuen, in the precincts, which is a place of healing with abundant greenery. It seems that you can enjoy a walk while visiting the 33 Kannon Pilgrimage sites in Saigoku.
Autumn flower tour. I visited the last of the day. This temple is located a little less than 5 minutes by car from the previous Ichigon-san and a little up a narrow road from the prefectural road. It's a really narrow road, and if you come by a big car, you may get stuck. I'm glad I came in a small car ...
First, go through the gate. Immediately to the left, you will see a garden labeled Totokuen. I felt a little complicated and couldn't settle down, so I immediately went up the stairs to the main hall.
After visiting, when I was looking for a thousand stone Buddha statues, there was a stone monument on the right side. Apparently, it's just past the main hall. Stone Buddhas are lined up beside the stairs behind the main hall, and cluster amaryllis occasionally bloom in between. This collaboration is also good.
After a while, the atmosphere will change completely. The sunlight is reflected in the mossy place, and the atmosphere of being wrapped in green is unbearable. The Thousand Stone Buddha is in the back. The appearance is the wall of the stone Buddha. I came to pick you up from Gokuraku Jodo! I felt like.
After that, go down and after visiting 33 places in Saigoku, head to the side hill where cluster amaryllis is in bloom. It wasn't in full bloom on this day, and about 30% of it wasn't in full bloom, so it couldn't be called a red carpet, but it was worth seeing. It's a little high, so if you crouch down, you'll see Yamato Sanzan in front of the cluster amaryllis, which is very beautiful. When you stand, the composition is mountain → town → flower, so it returns to reality (laughs).
The cosplayers were having a photo session, perhaps aiming for a composition like this heavenly world. I wore a costume like a celestial maiden, so it suits the scenery so much that I wanted to take a picture, but I couldn't do that on my own, so I just burned it on the back of my eyelids and left it behind.
The parking lot is free of charge and can be parked in the vacant lots on the left and right of the gate. It may be extraordinary. I wonder if about 20 cars in total are okay. However, please note that the road is narrow.
Goshuin seems to be available only when there is a priest.
Gohonzon: Amida Nyorai
Sect: Jodo sect
The construction is unknown, but it is said that it was built by Gyoki, a monk from the Nara period.
The meaning of Kuhonji is elegant, middle-class, and vulgar in missionary work, and represents human dignity.
In addition, there are more upper, middle and lower items in the upper, middle and lower items, and there are nine items in total, so they are named nine items.
The principal image of Kuhonji is the wooden Amida Nyorai statue, which is designated as a national important cultural property.
Worship: 2020/09/07
This temple is in the Imperial Palace
The maintained garden is superb
The atmosphere is good at the temple of the Jodo sect.
It is also recommended to take a walk in the garden in the precincts as a visit.
I'm sure it will calm your mind.
