OMG this place was the best meal I have ever had. Of course you will pay for it $$$ wise. The whole experience will stay with me till I die. The food, the service and the kitchen tour afterwards just topped it off. If in Tokyo and you want that once in a lifetime food experience this is it.

Certainly an interesting experience. Experimental foods with very intense flavor profiles. My taste buds definitely were a bid overwhelmed and think it's tough to appreciate the complex flavors unless you are there with someone who can explain it with you during the meal I think this is a go once and check it off your list kind of place. We got talked into the overpriced juice pairing since I don't drink and the bill for dinner came out to ¥80k. Punchy meal and wasn't full afterwards.

Such a fantastic culinary experience! The great depths this team takes to bring these Japanese flavors to life is incredible. The service was spot on. They didn’t miss a beat and even offered a tour of the kitchen and test kitchen after service. My favorite dishes were an aged grouper with oyster and kelp salt cream which was probably the best piece of fish pairing I’ve ever had. The next was the bbq’d deer. I’ve never had venison I’ve cared for before and this was equally as good as some of the top steaks I’ve had in my life. The game taste of the deer did not come through at all and the rendered fat was to die for. Highly encourage to do the alcohol pairing as I felt is beautifully complimented each dish. I encourage as you visit the restaurant to be inquisitive about the ingredients in each dish and how they came about to inspire the dish. It will deepen your appreciation of the food and the process. So unique, rich in concept and full of care. Great experience in Tokyo!!! Thank you!!

My 4 friends and I dined at INUA a few weeks ago. The dishes were innovative, interesting and tasty, but what made it special was the service. First of all, they have a policy of giving kitchen tours to diners who are interested. One of the chefs, Coleman, took us around behind the scenes and spent a good half-hour patiently explaining their tools and processes. This alone made the experience memorable. Our server Nicola was also very friendly; we were interested in the beautiful ceramics, utensils, etc. that we used at the restaurant so Nicola wrote the names and sources down for us. Then the icing on the cake was when she emailed us the next day with details and links!! That's thoughtful service that goes above and beyond. Amazing.

Wow, what an experience. The service here is amazing, the beverages pairings are a must! They are spot on here, lots of fun interesting wines and sakes you won’t really see anywhere else in japan. Love the staff here!
