I've not had any problems with my outpatient visits, although they are a bit expensive, but I think that's standard for large hospitals rather than local clinics.

I was taken care of by this hospital for childbirth and hospitalization. Only a large hospital has a large number of clinical departments, and there are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, so it's a good place. However, there were some receptionists and nurses who were very cold. (Maybe part of it) Pregnant women and patients are full of anxiety, but I was shocked to hear that they seemed to be busy with just a few consultations, and that they were sometimes returned with plain and harsh words. Sometimes the question wasn't heard to the end. Even if I press the nurse call, there are times when I can't come, so I understand that I'm busy with Corona, but I thought that the patients would be relieved if they could get closer to me. Some people did not apologize for the mistake in answering the phone. All the teachers in the clinical department are really nice. I hope that the hospital will continue to be full of people like Dr. Yuu.

Doctors and nurses are polite and quick to work, and they have a bright expression and a good impression even in difficult work ... The accounting receptionists on the 1st floor (especially middle-aged to elderly) had a strong tone and arrogant response, and they were very unpleasant with their glaring expressions. Also, despite submitting it to the accounting counter according to the instructions of the department I am receiving, I was unilaterally angry ... Despite a series of mistakes due to lack of communication and cooperation inside the reception, I looked from above without saying "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" or "I'm sorry". It was very unpleasant. I've been looking at this hospital for decades, but the quality of the counter service has been declining year by year, and this time it was particularly terrible. It's a shame that the hospital has good doctors and nurses.

I called the reservation reception desk to make a reservation because I was worried about my child. It seems that the pediatric department can see you without a letter of referral, but since you have to pay 5,000 yen separately, please politely tell me that it will not be a financial burden to first go to a nearby clinic and get a letter of referral. I received it. I asked a lot of other questions about symptoms, the fact that they are divided into specialized fields in pediatrics, and the days of consultations in those specialized fields, but they took time to respond. I usually use it for vaccination of children, but since the pediatric department has less waiting time and is called almost on time, it helps my child not to get sick. Just accounting takes a lot of time.

I am in the hospital now. I spend a week in the middle bed in a normal room. I endure many annoying acts such as snoring next door and reading newspapers before waking up in the morning. There was a vacant seat on the window side, and I was talking about repeated sounds, but I ignored it. The one that came to the hospital later is the window side. Those who suffer from snoring are also on the window side. I think the teacher is no good. I have never met since I was hospitalized. Normally, any hospital would have a greeting or an introduction. This nurse station is the worst this time. I kept silent and kept patience and saw an idiot.
