the best tokusei chuka soba you’ll ever taste! the 1hr+ wait was well worth it! the soup was so good you have to enjoy it to the last drop, the noodles were the best and perfectly made fresh, and the meats were superb!

Phenomenal ramen; the noodles are probably the best for ramen I've had in Japan. The broth is rich but clean and the taste of chicken shines through. It's got a really nice vibe inside too. Make sure to grab a ticket from the machine inside before lining up!

This ramen shop is listed in Guide de Michelin. The house specialty is called chuka soba. After getting your ticket at the machine, you will be asked if you want to get the soup as shio (salt) or shoyu (soy sauce). The ramen are of really good quality. There is really a lot of effort involved for each serving. The price for that is okay. The only thing that maybe stop you from visiting this shop, is the queue in front of the shop

The fresh hand made noodles is the standout, great texture. Chai sui comes next, the the soup base. The overall experience is very complete, boss is a very friendly man also.

Best shoyu ramen I've eaten so far. Will definitely be coming back. The noodles are quite special.
