I went to a ramen shop that had been recommended for a long time at lunch time. The thick noodles go well with the rich soup, the eggs were boiled hard, and the char siu was soft and delicious.

Tsuke-an is a medium-thick noodle that chews well, but if you don't chew it, it will be hard to swallow. I think that miso ramen has a strong taste and smell, and people like it or not, but it didn't suit me. The dumplings not listed on the menu were delicious with garlic.
