Ok - seriously one of my favourite meals I've ever had. We walked to this spot and it was empty. Had to order from a vending machine. We would have been lost without the Chef's help. He was amazing and took such care in his work. He walked and talked us through every step of the way of how the ramen was being prepared. It was NEXT LEVEL! He let us try some things we normally wouldn't have which was really nice as well. We went back 5 days later on a Sunday at prime lunch hour. It was crazy busy - but we only waited about 5-10 minutes for 3 spots to open. The bar seating is fun and so cool to watch the chef's at work. We ordered the exact same Wagyu Beef Ramen with their local beer. DELICIOUS! Thank you! What is that green spicy mint sauce?! I've been dreaming about it!

If you’re in the area, I would recommend you checking out this ramen shop! The chef takes his time to explain to you how to eat what you have ordered as well. Food was great. Menu was in Japanese so I took a gamble and pressed a random button - thankfully it paid off!

The ramen and tsukemen here are really delicious and freshly made! You can even see them make the noodles from scratch if you are lucky. This place truly takes the classical ramen experience to a new and modern level in terms of taste, food quality and surroundings. Visiting the place around the time they open for lunch or dinner is advisable, since they often sell out and close earlier than Google says.

I've never seen this process before, but you pay for your order at a vending machine that prints out a ticket which you then hand to the cooks. They helped me with that process and then made me some incredible ramen! It was a chicken bone broth with a good amount of dashi flavour, it also had wontons. Not what I'm used to but I loved it.
