The main hall of Jorakuji was rebuilt shortly after the fire in Enbun 5 (1360) and is designated as a national treasure. The Senju Kannon sitting statue of the principal idol is a secret Buddha, and it is said that the door was opened every 33 years and the last time it was opened in 2003. The inside of the hall was monitored by a camera, partly because it was stolen.
