Pogi Phil Resto Bar was good place to visit especially for those people who want to experience filipino cuisine. At morning, it was simple restaurant and At night, it has live band in a pub. It was located near in Ueno Park. Make sure to wear proper facemask in order for your safety.

For only ¥550, you cannot beat this deal. It's an all-you-can Filipino food restaurant. The cooks are friendly and will give you extra spices that go well with their home cooking. I was particular in love with the spicy mango salad and the tripe and eggplant dish. I want to revisit this as soon as possible. They also offer a ¥1500 all-you-can-drink karaoke at night too! I can't believe it's all so affordable!

For 500Yen, you can taste buffet-style comfort, homely food with decent and acceptable quality. Sinigang during lunch time was especially good, and halo halo was also worth an extra Y500. The community is mainly Filipinos as well, while the restaurant itself depicts a karenderia style aesthetic familiar to many Filipino restaurants.
