When you go to eat eels, the shortage of vegetables comes to mind, but when you ask for eel weight, I'm glad that salad (cabbage) comes along. The sauce is sweet and you can choose liver soup or miso soup at the time of order. The skin is a little harder eel and likes and dislikes may be divided, but personally I don't like it.
