A good starting place for first timer. Staff were all super courteous. Wifi, hot water faucet, dumpster you can throw cans/bins/combustibles/ashes and even broken bbq grills, are available. The only drawback would be: might be bit pricy compare to neighboring facilities.
Great views across the lake. So peaceful
The free site was widespread.
There are plenty of toilets and water, so you don't have to wait in line.
There is a rugged shower hut that can be used for around 300 yen.
Izumi-no-Yu was in a long line during the three consecutive holidays, so I didn't feel like lining up so I just took a shower.
It was just before check-in at 16:00, but it was a place where I liked the vacant lot.
Probably, if I arrived early, it felt like the lot was decided and guided.
Since the firewood was sold out, it is safe to purchase in advance if you arrive late.
The scenery is the best! It is a very comfortable and relaxing campsite.
You can only see Mt. Fuji from the top, but the real thrill of seeing it directly from your tent over Saiko is exceptional.
There is a faucet where warm water comes out in the washing place, and the toilet is wide and there are many shower toilets.
It's a little expensive, but I think it's worth it.
I have been using it at "Friends Camp" in the summer for almost 10 years, and I have a good time every year.
We always stay in the lakeside area, but I think that it is a campsite where you can enjoy various ways of enjoying the big tent in the forest area. We have a large selection of rental equipment, and you can buy firewood and charcoal at the management office, which is very convenient. There is also a vending machine, so it's okay if you run out of drinks in the middle of the night, and users can fully enjoy Saiko and outdoor play.
