I stayed here for one night and had dinner in the restaurant and it was really great. The food was delicious, the service was good and my room was good. Highly recommend it.

I didn't expect it to be like hairy Western food because it's French in the countryside, but I was surprised to find a better dish than the cheap French in Tokyo. In particular, the chef's skill is considerable, even when looking at the high degree of perfection of creative dishes. At the end, the chef greeted me (this act itself is rarely seen in French in Japan), but I am looking forward to the future because I am young.

The approach and hospitality are polite, and the dishes using Sado products are visually appealing and there is a particular focus on the sauce. The only regrettable thing was that the menu was tailored to the season until a few years ago, so I was looking forward to what would come out today, so it became a standard item. I think that it will be the case at any restaurant later, but it is that the customers who came after me have the same menu as me, but the customers who came after me were the food was delivered first.

Sado French with plenty of Sado ingredients. I visited for lunch and ordered the "La Plage" course. The fish dishes were crispy and the meat was torotoro, which was very delicious.

The meat is not good, but we have to change the fish dishes. Bread is also very delicious. If you ask in advance, the hospitality that the birthday plate and songs are sung is good ✨
