Very nice and professional staff, nurses and doctors. Very comfortable, clean and not too long of a wait to see doctors or for testing. Very new and up to date facility. But ineffective treatment wise. Doctors are nice but useless. I was in this hospital for one week for chronic pain issue and they couldn't prescribe the pain medication I needed. They couldn't even figure out why I was having pain after a 30 min. Full Body MRI, and an extensive battery of other test. So they prescribed ANTIDEPRESSANTS! They though my pain was some psychological problem! I had to go elsewhere. I'm so glad my husband found a private clinic that was able to solve my problem, WITHOUT prescription drugs. I had a serious vitamin deficiency which the doctors didn't even consider and they failed to give me what I needed to recover from a really severe case of peripheral neuropathy. I was so disappointed in Jichi Medical University Hospital. I thought they were one of the best. It was a complete waste of money and I suffered for a week on top of that. No sleep, ineffective prescription pain medication and only 1 tasty meal in 7 days (4 bed room quad). This is a perfect example of a money making machine. Won't ever go back.

Very nice hospital !

Four years ago, I was taken care of for my own intractable disease treatment-surgery. I still go to the hospital from other prefectures on a regular basis, but both my doctor and the nurse who always accompanies me are wonderful. I am very grateful that it is easy to talk to. I am happy to be taken care of by Jichi Medical University.

I became pregnant and attended the obstetrics, endocrinology and cardiology departments of Jichi Medical University with a letter of introduction from the obstetrics and gynecology department in Oyama City. The doctors in the endocrinology and cardiology departments are the same every time, but please explain in a very polite and easy-to-understand manner. The doctors in obstetrics are different every time, but I'm glad that all the teachers answered the questions properly. Also, when I was hospitalized for management due to childbirth, the midwives were very kind and friendly, which was encouraging.

I was hospitalized and operated on in the past. Although I was an otolaryngologist, the outpatient waiting time was not so long and was always called. Why did the first doctor come home? Well, I'm retiring this month, so I'll take over to official recognition. I felt a little uncomfortable, but when I learned that I was coming from afar, he adjusted my appointment so that the examination and examination would be completed in one visit as much as possible.
