There are two temples and one shrine in this area, but the mountain number of Saisho-ji is Hiramatsuyama Saisho-ji. On the right side of the mountain gate where the Buddhas are lined up, there is a monument of Basho Matsuo ... Speaking of cold lips, autumn cold. It's a big temple. If you go further up the approach, you will find the one torii gate of Matsuo Shrine, and if you continue, you will find Nanshoji Temple on your right, which is a special part of the shrine, by the time you reach Matsuo Shrine. Many shrines were lined up on the left and right of the main hall. The Matsuo Shrine itself is quite old, but it is probably the guardian deity around Hiramatsu.
