The food was delicious, the staff was gracious and the ambience beautiful.

I visited my son and wife, who were 1 year and 10 months old, on July 19, 2020. It was easy to serve the dishes on a small plate so that I didn't have to serve them myself as a measure against corona. All the menus are delicious and satisfying.

The buffet here is not recommended. The number of items is surprisingly small, and the taste level of the food is terrible overall. The number of people in the kitchen is small, but the speed at which food comes out is abnormally slow. After a long wait, it is terrible that lukewarm dishes are served. Something that shouldn't take longer to cook doesn't come out immediately. Even if the number of dishes is small, satisfaction will be different if each is elaborate or delicious, but here, it is simply a level where almost all are unsatisfactory. I have not used it outside of the buffet, but I was disappointed as the [Hotel Buffet]. At this level, I'm still happy to be a Sizzler.

It was good that there were many meat dishes at the Hokkaido fair. I wanted more melons. I can't understand the crab for 1,000 yen per person, but I think the hotel is difficult in Corona.

There were so many meat dishes than fish dishes, it was great for meat lovers. Tiramisu was very delicious in the dessert. I thought it would be fun to get tired of changing the menu depending on the season. The interior was clean and comfortable.
