One of the ramen shops I would like to recommend in Niigata. Ramen is delicious, but beef tendon kimchi-don and kakuni-don are also recommended. I'm glad that the soup comes with me when I order the bowl separately. It used to contain spinach, but it became wakame seaweed, green onions, and no ingredients.

I ordered Iwanori Ramen without green onions, beef tendon with kimchi mini green onions and dumplings, but the one that came out was not without green onions! ️ What surprised me was that I left only the dumplings and remade them (I doubt if they really remade them, they came out in about 3 minutes ❗) Thanks to you, the dumplings became slimy and became unpleasant! ️ There is no word I'm sorry at the time of accounting, I let the customer eat cold dumplings and usually take money and do not apologize, after all there is no sense of responsibility because it is a student part-time job, it is appropriate customer service, so it is recommended not to go ☺️ Be careful 😃

I like garlic ramen, but the perfume of the girl clerk is so strong that it smells so bad that I get frustrated even if I eat ramen. I said clearly on my way home, but I hope it's improved!

I lived in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but when I moved to Niigata, I was in trouble because my family was a hit. I ate around my family, but it was delicious. Kurosaki Direct line? A few steps better than the store. There is little variation in taste over time, and you can enjoy the same taste whenever you go. Speaking of which, I like the texture of lean char siu like Sugitaya, so it was perfect if we could change the char siu.

It should be open until late. The spicy menu is also substantial.
