The atmosphere of the shop is like a traditional ramen shop. The handwritten menu is also good. This time I had miso ramen and dumplings. Miso ramen is minced meat with plenty of bean sprouts and cabbage. It's the genealogy of Sapporo Miso Ramen. The soup has thick miso, sesame seeds and oil, and a very small amount of pepper. The thick miso soup with a slightly spicy accent has a nice taste that warms the body. It's delicious. And the bean sprouts and cabbage soaked in this soup are delicious again! It goes great with this ... The noodles are medium-thick, wavy noodles that are chewy. I think it's a polyhydric noodle because of its chewy texture. It's delicious and goes well with soup. The dumplings have thick skin and are delicious with juicy meat dumplings.

Even though the shop owner is working hard alone, the waiting time is not so long. The noodles are delicious and easy to eat. Unfortunately, there is no cashless payment, and the unique smell of ramen shops comes out from the table and tableware.

delicious. Was it so delicious after a long visit? I thought. I ate Dantan noodles and mini fried rice. Dandan noodles are spicy and thick, but they are based on the umami flavor of sesame, with crispy bean sprouts and ground meat. I prefer noodles a little harder. Mini fried rice is also light so as not to disturb the ramen, but the egg flavor and the accent of red ginger are good. The owner of the shop was also friendly and had a delicious lunch.

I ate Dantan noodles. I ordered and came in 5 minutes. Since I came to the store because I was concerned about the train time, I was glad that I could behave as planned. For a moment, the taste felt like Genghis Khan.
