Marvelous night view of the city from the 10th floor. Private rooms also available. Restaurant is pretty visible from the station’s front. There is a huge tree in the middle of the restaurant. An aquarium with seafood waiting to be cooked immediately greets you when entering the restaurant
good food, good view, good （居酒屋）atmosphere. nice service, can be better in english menu, a little expensive.
There is a wide variety of sake and it is easy to access. Recommended when you want to drink at ease.
It's always crowded. It's better to make a reservation because there were times when I couldn't enter if I jumped in.

Located in front of Nagano Station, we were able to eat in a private room with a beautiful night view.
Is meat sushi highly expected? I didn't feel that delicious.
