Wakayama Castle

A great little castle. Very quiet during the week with a nice museum inside with great items exhibited. The staff in and around the castle are very friendly. There’s also a wonderful 360 view from the top. Only a 10 minute walk from the station and about 30-60minutes to to see everything, a little longer if you want to take your time and take photos.

Nice little castle and a nice park. Good place to visit.

Wakayama Castle... Definitely one of the spots of my vacation I won't forget. By far not that crowded as Osaka Castle but with a great view from the top. We also got the chance to take part in a Tea ceremony. Although I don't find Wakayama itself that interesting I would get there again just for the castle.

Lovely castle. The surrounding park is a good place to spend the afternoon. Wasn't very crowded when I went there but maybe because it was in the middle of winter. I notice several cherry blossoms so it must be gorgeous come spring.

A very nice place to visit at night.
