About Tokushima station, it is said on the net that it is a prefabricated platform, but in reality, it is a fairly good category for a local city. In particular, the area between the station and the Mt. Bizan side is quite prosperous, and I think it is a sufficiently attractive location even when considering the accessibility to the Kinki area. Regarding the other side of Mt. Bizan, which is often used as a material, redevelopment seems difficult due to the existence of the Tokushima Castle Ruins. ... or rather, it's an important historic site, so please don't develop it and cherish it.
