I'm a hospital that I never see, but my relatives are sometimes hospitalized here, so that's my impression. First of all, the clerical staff is too bad. The telephone response is also terrible. Furthermore, there is no coordination on the medical side. There were many sections that I thought I hadn't seen in the questionnaire and nursing summary. Hospitals are special, but I think they also have an aspect of the service industry. In fact, my friends, including myself, are dissatisfied with the staff (including doctors and nurses), and although they are close, they do not go to Sakae Kyosai. However, the nurses felt that they had improved a lot. We are conducting questionnaires on how to handle nurses, and in fact, the number of polite people has increased. The point that they are not linked is the same as before ... Due to the improvement of the nurses and the new building, we will increase the number from 1 to 2 stars.

A large local hospital. I came for inspection. Since I am an elderly person, I have been going to various hospitals more often, but the most unpleasant impression is that there are many arrogant patients and users with strong assertiveness. Loud! Or you! I think that there are few people who do not understand and do not get dented even if they explain patiently. Is it the user who is judged in front of the masses even if there is no offense?

The receptionist, no matter what department, the guidance is insanely cold. Rather, the feeling of intimidation is exposed. Correspondence that seems to be great for some reason. When you are not feeling well. When you are mentally painful and have physical symptoms. When injured. When I go to the basic hospital, I often feel depressed ... Calling here makes me even more uncomfortable. The explanation is insufficient and it is the worst. I don't want to add a single star.

There are a lot of things written in this review, but the doctors, nurses, and clerical staff didn't feel very good. Hospitals vary considerably depending on the thoughts, leadership, and management capabilities of the top hospital director. I think the responsibility of those who stand on top is heavy.
