It is always like that, that comes from Peru, they think because they are sitting there, they are going to treat people as they please, their salary comes out of the taxes that Peruvians pay, a little more respect gentlemen who work at the consulate from Peru!!!

People have a bad attitude, the worst telephone response, and they can only answer the question in Spanish. Anyway, the attitude is too bad. Las personas tienen una mala actitud y responden lo peor por teléfono.
