I experienced Alpine Quick Fitness Shinjo the other day. The staff were very responsive and the content of the exercise seemed to be continued even for me, a beginner of exercise. I also sweated comfortably in the germanium bath, so I'd like to continue to work hard and go on a diet! It seems that I can go to Corona with confidence even at this time of year.

Even for the first time, I would appreciate it if you could teach me how to stretch and how to use the equipment. I was attracted to the ease of 30 minutes, but after 3 laps I'm soaked in sweat and I'm exhausted. I'm tired and annoyed, but I'm surprised that I can go there almost every day! I will continue to do my best to improve myself! !!

It's a 30-minute exercise, but I sweat a lot and feel refreshed! Especially the germanium hot bath is the best 👍
