I didn't expect much because it was a restaurant with a hot spring, but it was very good. The sauce cutlet bowl is thick but soft, and I'm glad that the cabbage is plentiful. I also got Shinshu salmon, but it is delicious with little fat and odor. Frozen foods and salmon that have already been cut into vacuum packs are usually served at such shops, which have few customers and are not along large national roads such as roadside stations. When I was wondering about the unexpected taste, I found a cage (aquarium) outside on my way home. You were handling it at the store. It may change from day to day, but the garnished vegetables are fresh and less spicy onion slices, fresh baby leaf, and dragon scales that are also in the village name. Comes with a cucumber decoration that imitates. You can feel the insistence on even the smallest details. The price is a little high, but I think it's a more satisfying shop.

It is a restaurant located in Okiyome no Yu in Tenryu Onsen. We sell Shinshu salmon and horse meat dishes. There are two seats and a tatami mat seat. The salmon was thick and tender and looked like Toro salmon. Horse meat had little smell and was soft and easy to eat.

It's good value for money while it's in the mountains. Also recommended for any of them. This time, I used it for a long time. Elaborate vegetables are also used for salad garnish and contents, which impressed me. I was glad that I felt a sense of care different from the crisp and just cut vegetables.
