As other people have said, I was at the appropriate reception desk without listening to people with bad attitudes. It's the worst. I sent out two regular mails, but I measured only the heavier envelope, and I was charged the fee x 2, so when I pointed out, I couldn't tell the difference with a single point that wasn't wrong. After all, I was paid extra. I don't want to use it again, but I'm very sad that I have no choice because I only work at the post office here on Saturdays and Sundays.
