I don't want to add stars ... Anyway, the receptionist's attitude is poor and the worst. Until now, I have been a member of TIPNESS, Central, Konami, Esforta, and Golden Spa New Otani, but I will give you the lowest rating ever. The man at the reception looks great and responds to the slapstick without courage. I thought from the time of joining, but it is the same until the time of withdrawal. If you want to serve customers with that attitude, you should quit, but don't you pay attention to the above? And a question mark for the entire group. I want to exercise comfortably, but this reception is frustrating and seems to reduce my luck. The other staff are just standing upright, and even if they say something, they will walk closer to the top of the Buddha. No matter what I asked, the woman who answered the phone couldn't give an appropriate answer or apologize, and after all, she was hung up on hold! After that, I called back from here, and the same woman came out, so even if I gave my name, I wouldn't apologize and immediately change to another person, which is the worst thing I can do! What and how does the company teach? This is my first fitness club. The staff is inflexible and there is no service spirit at all and you will not go anymore. You clearly say that you only judge the members as "the person who bought the right", and even if you remember that now, it's the most annoying. Are you conscious of being charged by the customer? I would like you to relearn customer service, which is the basis of the service industry, from scratch. You had better quit. I received the worst customer service in the last few years. Naturally I quit in less than a month.
