The meat soba was really delicious. It was delicious enough to drink all the soup. The spring rolls are also delicious, and the mapo rice, roasted meat dumplings, shumai, sesame dumplings, sour hot noodles, and Chinese soba noodles are also delicious. I thought it was handmade from noodles because it was like a noodle making machine. There was koshi and it was very delicious. The meat is also ground.
