I came to the store at 14:00 on weekdays and it wasn't the peak, but I didn't come ... I sat alone at the counter and the water came 5 minutes later. I ordered Kakuboiled Miso Ramen 980, Rice and Fried Set 300. I think the offer was quick. I felt it was reasonable in terms of price, but honestly it was 880th. It's a pity that there are quite a few lukewarm soup shops these days, but this one was really hot! !! The clerk was also hot, so there was a word to be careful. The two flavors of delicious ramen and large fried food are the royal road ... normal ... Less rice ... maybe 100-120g Everyone worked in the open kitchen with disposable gloves and it looked beautiful, but the person in charge of ramen wiped the counter with a cloth and boiled the noodles. Is it good because it is boiled? It's a pity that the work is done as it is with the radle, vessel, cash register ... 甘みが強い蔵出し味噌ラーメンでとても美味しかったです。唐揚げはニンニクがっつり効いたカリカリで熱々で美味しかったですが、気持ち旨みが足りないような気がしました。それと、ラーメンはすぐに来たのですが、唐揚げは揚げるのに時間がかかるせいか、ほとんど食べ終わりにきたので少し残念でした。一緒に食べたい方は同時に出して貰うようお願いしたほうがいいかもしれません。(厚切りのチャーシューもありましたが、ボリューム満点なので、普通のチャーシューにしてます。あまり濃い味ではなく、味噌ラーメンに合いそうな味でした)
