A solid onsen, nothing special though. It has a 44 degree bath as well that was very hot and enjoyed that. Same as most Yamagata onsen, there was a large outdoor space you can lay down on. Can feel more crowded than it actually is due to the narrow layout of the washing stations but luckily it was not busy when I went in the early afternoon

This place was really nice. 350 yen for a bath, and the proprietress held our bags behind the counter for us.

I searched for a day trip hot spring that I had never been to and found it on Google. I found out that it was near Domeki Onsen and visited it as a holiday hot spring tour with my wife. It is a large facility located just off the main street and into the narrow path. Corona measures are also taken. Tickets are purchased at a ticket vending machine for 400 yen per adult. There was also a 50 yen rental bath towel for those who are not obliged to wear a bath towel to use the sauna. There is a valuables locker toilet at the dressing room. A hair dryer cost 20 yen. The indoor baths, lukewarm water, hot water, and open-air baths are covered, and I think they are large overall. The quality of the spring is chloride and it is quite salty, but unfortunately it has a strong karuki odor and you cannot taste the feeling of a hot spring. There was a large place to relax after taking a bath, and there was also a dining room where souvenirs were sold. Is it a facility like a public bath for locals? It seems that there are many customers who use the sauna.

There are two types of indoor baths, high temperature and lukewarm water, and the open-air baths are also hot springs, all with large bathtubs. The sauna is free of charge with bath towels. Towel rental available. Since the doors are not double, the temperature drops every time a user enters and exits, but it is personally the best to relax while taking in the open air and overlooking the mountains and countryside of the Murayama Basin.
