Like any other post office it's a little daunting to foreigners. Just make sure to have google translate ready and you should be fine. The clerks are normally super nice so that's good. I heavily recommend you check out the JP post website (they have English translations) to make sure you know what to expect.

📮 2017 - 07 I learned that I was proud of NHK at Sayama, somehow and went to buy a return postcard to the nearby main office. I was about to arrive at the time of postage revision and kindly taught people at the window that reply will be crossed (that is, buying a stamp on an additional basis). There was also such a thing, a viewing ticket about 10 times magnification was sent. Appreciation

A delivery member who decided to be absent from vengeance from the beginning from two or three years ago began to appear. I'm doing it like "I can leave the rest to the guy at night." The substantial range of time for redelivery is big and I can not miss it. I think that there are many numbers, and I think that there are many discontent to the receiving side, but this is not the case with other private companies.
