There is so-called Tokushima Ramen. Besides that, we recommend seafood soba with rich flavor using bonito and sardines as a standard product.

初めて行きました。麺の硬さは丁度良く、こってりなのに汁ごと飲んじゃうほど美味しいです。出汁がよく効いてて、上に乗ってるお肉も柔らかくて最高です。 見た目、盛り付けも綺麗です。お店も清潔感があります。 子供用の椅子、お皿、スプーンも用意してくれます。また行きたいです。

味はかなりコッテリ系の徳島ラーメンでした。 チャーシューとバラを両方いれて食べてみましたがバラはかなり味が濃いくてご飯に一度のせて食べた方がいいかも。 チャーシューはかなり味もしみこみバラほど辛くなく美味しかったです。 昼に行きましたが待ち人数も5組あり徳島の人気店ですね。 味噌ラーメンもあったので次は味噌ラーメンをトライです。

I had saury miso ramen ❗ The ramen topping still contains soft saury instead of meat. The saury is very soft, probably because it is cooked in a pressure cooker. And the taste is soaked in, and you can taste a flavor different from meat. The noodles are thin. The soup was based on miso and was quite rich and thick. However, if you want to dilute it, it seems that you will give me soup stock. Although it is rich, it has a smooth texture and the soup does not cool down forever, so I think it has a lot of oil, but it is not too bad. I thought it was a mysterious ramen. It was a pity that I didn't get caught in my throat because the waiting time was long and the beard wasn't removed.
