It is a station on the Mugi Line, one station from Tokushima Station. It is an unmanned station with a bar line station without a station building. Even so, the limited express train also stopped during commuting hours, probably because it was the closest station to the Tokushima Prefectural Office. Currently, the limited express train itself has been reduced to only one round trip, and as a result, it has been given the title of a station where all limited expresses stop. Although it is close to the national highway, it is not very noticeable because it is on one back road.

A simple station over the Shinmachi River. Between Tokushima and Anan, trains run every 30 minutes, but if it is close to the Tokushima prefectural office, what about the facilities? The limited express "Muroto", which has only one round trip, stops. Evening trains in the evening are quite on board, so it seems that it will be good to add about 1-2 more.

Reading is not "Awatari", but "Hitomita". It goes without saying that it is the largest limited stop in Japan.
