The logical communication skills of staff such as nurses and clerks are generally low, and message games often occur and misunderstandings occur. I am afraid of medical errors, and if possible, I would like to receive medical treatment at another hospital. However, since it is a large hospital in the area and the consultation hours are relatively flexible, there may be cases where other hospitals are closed and there is no choice but to see at this hospital.

The hospital in charge. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, and the staff who worked so far are all very polite and helpful. I feel that people who come to the hospital understand very well that they are in poor physical condition or in a state of anxiety.

I didn't need a reservation, so I could always go, and I went around before noon, but it took about 30 minutes from the reception to the end of accounting. (2019.6 postscript I was kept waiting for one hour or more by reservation. Reservation = next day, it seems to be good by recognition of much) The teacher also listens and listens carefully, and a good hospital at home.

Even if I go to the otolaryngology it will not improve I have a fever, chest x-rays, blood tests, urine tests, I will explain the disease that can be considered carefully over time, introduction letter to the big hospital with a specialist I wrote it. The nurses are also very kind.
