It was my first visit with my daughter-in-law recommended by my daughter.
A little around noon, maybe 10 people were waiting, probably because it was Sunday.
I was guided to the store and took a seat at the counter and ordered a plate of "special soy sauce ramen (normal) ¥ 650" and dumplings.
The hardness of the noodles and the amount of backfat are both "normal".

The soy sauce that has been carefully selected is a gem that is not spicy, mellow, and never gets tired.
Next, I drank the soup with lard, but it was a "light" soup with a little lard flavor and less greasiness.
The noodles are straight thin noodles. The length is also suitable and it is very easy to slurp.
3 pieces of roast pork. It is a carefully selected cup topped with scallions and green onions.
There was a sticker that encouraged "taste change", but it is a ramen that you can fully enjoy as it is without changing it.
Next time, I will try "Miso".
It is best to have not only ramen but also ham cutlet and chicken cutlet. I even ate ice cream.
It's a nice point that you can add green onions as much as you want, and the overall cost performance is good.
私の好きな麺ではありませんでした。スープもぬるいかな？味噌にも挑戦しようとしたのですが同じ麺を使っているということでそれ以来いってないです。某チェーン店の野菜味噌ラーメンが好きなので、相性が悪かったのですね。😅
I think this shop is one of the most delicious Ramen Kairikiya restaurants.
I only know about Ramen Kairikiya in the Tohoku region, but it's definitely better than Ramen Kairikiya in the metropolitan area.
Despite entering the store about 15 minutes before closing, he was happy to welcome me.
It also has its own pop music, and is by far the best restaurant in Kairikiya!
夫婦で子供がまだ乳児くらいの時に行きました。抱っこしていないと子供が泣き出してしまうため、どちらかが抱っこしている間に食べるなど交代でしてました。見かねてか、従業員様より冷めてしまったので作り直しましょうか？とお声掛けをいただきました。まず普通のラーメン屋さんでは考えられないお言葉です。お心遣い痛み入ります。お腹も心も満足のラーメン店様です。
