There are counters and digging seats in private rooms, and it seems to be a counter for courses of 7,000 yen or more. Grips can be ordered individually or as a set, and sets are available from around 1500. The sushi rice has a very good flavor of red vinegar and a crispy texture, and no matter which material you choose, there is no loss. All of them are delicious enough to growl, but shrimp and abalone are especially recommended. The shrimp are very thick and have a strong umami taste, and the texture is the best. The texture of shrimp is often compared to prepuri, but with elasticity far exceeding prepuri, it is an image of 7 to 8 layers of general boiled shrimp. On the contrary, the abalone was finished softly, and it went well with the painted claws. It is not always placed, but a puffer fish grip is also recommended. All dishes other than sushi are delicious. The presentation is gorgeous and you can enjoy it with your eyes.
