It seems to be a popular shop where regulars gather. There is no cooking menu and you will start all at once and get the same food. There is no liquor menu, but unlike the dishes, you will have a separate one selected by the owner. I think this is an efficient method from the point of view of inventory management, but it is a feat that can only be done if the store owner is confident and the regulars support it. There is a charge for water and tea, but I don't think the overall cost performance is bad. Thank you for a wonderful supper.

It's delicious and cheap! I was relieved because I used ingredients from Nara prefecture and could explain each production area. It seemed that one soy sauce took a lot of time and it was very delicious. it's recommended.

初訪問。 なかなか予約が取れないらしく楽しみにしてました。店主がひとつひとつ料理の説明をしてくれます。初めて見る食材もあるし、いつもの野菜も手間隙かけて料理されておりまさに、素材の味を楽しめます。お客さんは常連さんが多そうでした。土鍋のカニをカウンターから離れた私たちのテーブル席までわざわざ見せに来てくれたりサービスも気持ちよく上質な時間が過ごせます。 ランチは12時ちょうどに一斉に開始になりますので遅刻されないように。

I am always looking forward to enjoying delicious food. This course is packed with various ingredients as well as food ingredients. A restaurant that makes you happy ^^
