A bit expensive, but worth it for a much easier commute to the airport (we had a lot of luggage!). Very clean and comfy as well. Definitely recommend it if you want to avoid taking luggage on the train.

When I went it wasn't located in the Tekko building but across the street, right next to excelsior cafe. Tickets at 1,000¥ from a vending machine

Keise bus to Narita airport took only 50 minutes. Well organized service, cheaper and better than trains.
