It's a beautiful temple in a nice forest. The temple is Zen, and often when you go there there are monks cleaning or sweeping vigorously as part of their practice. It's like a big pretty temple complex that you can see in Kyoto, just as good, but with no tourists. Recommend the nearby O'carre cafe if you're in the area.

修行道場らしく、とっても静かな場所でした。駐車場から本堂までの坂道は、木々が繁り、とても趣きがありました。紅葉も見事でした。門越しの景色も格別でした。そして、道や庭はきれいに掃かれていました。庭からお参りしただけですが、とても心が洗われ、整いました。

A very famous temple in the Rinzai sect. It is a training dojo, a temple without a Danya. The main hall is big ... It's a magnificent building. The approach? Is wide and connects from the temple to the rice fields.
