Staff that can't speak English well but the problem was that they don't believe what you tell them. Sending a box to family in the states. Not my first time doing so at this location and never had a problem before. After interrogating me what was in the package using my phone as a translator and I signed a paper checking off everything dangerous that was not in the package which was everything on that list and which I've never had to do before too. The staff wrote to me on my phone that they had to open the package to see what I was sending. I asked why because I didn't have much time that day to wait for them to pat my package down when it had nothing harmful inside. They wrote to me "because what you said could not be true." Pretty much stating that I could be sneaking a deadly weapon or bomb of some sort I have no idea. I rolled my eyes and said go ahead. They opened my package and threw everything on the seats near the counter. The male staff who opened my package questioned everything I wrote on the sending sheet asking, where are the clothes you declared, at this point I was piss already. If you open up my things you need to check everything clearly, I had what I had declared inside. Then, after checking everything and clearing what I had inside that could not possibly blow up anything, the staff guy hands me the tape and tells me to tape up my box while he ran off to help another customer. All my things were laying across on all the chairs against the wall that was opposite of the counter. No one, helped me, and he also put me on hold for another 15 mins stating that he don't understand why On the sending sheet I checked the box "if not reach the holder address, then please return to original sender my boat after 30 days". He said that every country's holding period for unclaimed packages varies so why did I put that for USA. I asked him after he returned because I was still confused if I should just put zero or one cause I don't see why putting 30 days is a problem. If anything, and say USA doesn't hold a package that long they can just resend it back base on their maximum holding period. I thought this is already a given to know this but he was so uncertain to process my package because of this check box on the slip. After a long while of wondering why this is even a problem, I wrote to him on my phone that I've sent to USA before and writing 30 days for return is ok, he sort of had the "oh really, well I suppose then". I mean, he works there, I don't know how writing that could had been a problem for not being able to send and I don't know why he doesn't know about that section of the sending part. At the end of it all, a 10min trip turned into a 45 minutes ordeal cause they thought I was sending illegal things. That day was not, let's check every package that comes in today type of thing. They just wanted to give me a hard time. You can't convince the staff you are not sending illegal items, they will just rip your things open cause they think you are. They will not apologize for accusing you and making you repackage everything again and wasting your time. Will not go back to this place for mail service. Rude and ridiculous staff.
Too bad attitude, calmly speak in front of customers
Memories of a fat staff looking from above from a throw.
It is located on the first floor of the complex that faces Abeno-suji
