Going south on the Ise Kaido, past the nightlights in Ueno, steles engraving the mountain and temple stands on both sides of the entrance. From there, go up the stairs to the west and you will find the Sanmon Gate. When you go by car, there is a parking lot in the middle of the slope going up to Ueno Shrine. The main hall is in front of the gate and the bell tower is on the right. The bell tower is a pillar of mortar, which stands out white and well. In addition, there is a small shrine in front of the Bell Tower, inside which is a statue of Enmei Jizoson. The right side of the main hall is made like a garden with grass. Because it is on a hill, it stands out from the Ise Kaido.
