Check-in is at Grampus inn Shirahama, and the campsite is in a different location.
The difficulty is that the entrance is a little difficult to understand.
The site is a little high, so the wind was sometimes quite strong.
There is a kitchen, a garbage dump, and a toilet on the site.
I was able to take a bath at Grampus inn Shirahama for 400 yen.
When I looked up at the sky in the middle of the night, I could see quite a few stars and it was beautiful.
However, since there are many small centipedes at this time, it is necessary to avoid centipedes.
Not only in the site but also in the private room of the toilet, it was soft from the ditch.
It came in between the tent and the ground sheet and was crushed.
There was a hard part in the back of the ground and I could not peg with the cheap peg attached to the tent.
Autosite is a very flat, well-drained campsite that is easy to stay in.
The toilet is flushed and very clean, but the kitchen is average. There seemed to be no problem with garbage disposal, but I was worried that there were multiple trailer houses or there was a G around the water supply. (Although it comes with the campsite ...)
[About facilities]
There is a vending machine and Lawson (closes at midnight) in front of the campsite.
There is a 24-hour supermarket about 5 minutes by car, so you can use it to buy ingredients.
As of October 2020, bathing will be at Hotel Grampus inn Shirahama Bathhouse. It's about 5 minutes on foot, and although it's not far away, there is a difference in elevation, and it's a little tedious.
● Good place
・ The view from the BBQ Square is the best! You can overlook Shirahama.
・ Wider section (This time, the cheapest B section. I managed to put it on the tunnel type. The turf looked smaller)
・ The toilet was clean and the toilet paper and paper towels were never exhausted.
・ There is no problem with the water place.
◯ A regrettable place
・ Reception is difficult to understand. The reception is at the BBQ area where you climb the stairs beside Senjo no Yu (which was not open) from the entrance on the south side of Lawson. If you are going with more than one car, at the time of reception, I think that you will stop at the second parking lot on the south side of Lawson and only use the representative car. It's not narrow, but U-turns are a hassle.
・ It seems that Senjo no Yu is no longer open.
・ You can use the bath in the main building. There are two ways to reach the main building. The winding of the mountain road seems to have a tight ups and downs. Even from the Lawson side, there are ups and downs after all, and the walking time is about 5 minutes, but it is a relatively good exercise (laugh) It is dark at night, so children should not be left alone.
◯ Spill story.
・ The women's bath on the day was kept waiting because the undressing space was small. It may be better to shift the timing, but since the capacity is 8 people, it became surreal that 3 adults lined up naked to wash their bodies after undressing.
There are both stalls and indoor baths, each of which can comfortably accommodate 5.6 people.
・ There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, and I didn't know the information well, so I had to ask the receptionist. And even though there were 4 dryers, when I turned on the 4th, the breaker tripped and the wash area was cut off ... It became an unforgettable memory of my trip (laughs)
◯ Spill story 2
On a windy day, the tarp tent that had been pegged in five places blew off and the roof of the car was dented (T. T).
I was fortunate that I didn't have to go to other customers, but when the wind is strong, iron pegs and complete fixing are essential. The tent did so, so I could afford it.
In the morning, the tent next door that I was trying to withdraw was blown up by the wind, so I think it will be affected by the wind from the sea to the mountains.
* Overview
If you are careful, you can enjoy the scenery on a reasonable scale. As for the bath, if you have time, can you enjoy visiting the outdoor hot springs?
All you have to do is separate the garbage from burning garbage and others, and I got a bag for burning garbage. There is also a garbage dump.
Used on the first day of consecutive holidays in July. The price for a family of 5 is 8300 yen, which is high even during the on-season. First, I was at a loss because the reception was difficult to understand. Although it was written on the HP that it was the management hut at the entrance or Senjo-no-Yu, the management hut was closed and the Senjo-no-Yu was closed. There was a sign at the BBQ garden called Reception, but it was small and hard to understand. The Senjo-no-Yu that I was looking forward to is closed without any prior notice. Instead, I was guided to the hotel bath, but I gave up taking a bath because it was too far and dangerous for my child to walk after sunset. I reserved the artificial grass area, but it looks like a former futsal court, and the ground is too hard for the piles to stick. Looking at the surrounding tents, no one was driving the stakes properly. Without proper skills or thick piles, you cannot set up properly. There was no wind on the day of the rescue, and when the wind was strong, I made a complaint. The facility side has never confirmed whether or not it is possible to stake out with artificial grass. The manners of the customers were not good either. It was near the kitchen, but because there is no noticeable division on the artificial grass, I could cross between the tent and the stove many times. Even after 23:00, please keep it quiet I think it's probably because the explanation at the reception was insufficient. The whole campsite was well maintained and the toilets were clean, so my family wanted to come back, but I felt a lack of consideration.
7,000 yen + 500 yen per night x a fairly high number of people
However, it was good to be able to use the futsal court ⚽ It was good not only to play futsal but also to play frisbee, badminton and catchball without hesitation. A soccer boy must have his own ball.
The auto campground is a little lumpy. Powered on all sites. The ocean view is beautiful. Especially the sunset is beautiful. The toilet was clean. I wonder if the problems that were written in old days have been renovated and solved
There is a trailer house, if anything, that's the main feeling?
The attached Senjojiki Onsen is 400 yen. It's not that big, but the open-air bath with a view of the sea ♨️
The aunt at the reception was pretty ponderous and it took a long time to receive.
