Last winter a child was taken by ambulance. The hospital was on duty that day, but I was refused because I didn't have enough beds. I was surprised that there was such a thing even in such a countryside. If you don't open the bed at the on-duty hospital, you'll be in trouble if something goes wrong. After all, I went not far from there.
