My favorite is closed on Tuesdays, so I used this for the first time. I entered the store 15 minutes before the store closed, and in about 20 minutes, Geso Ten Soba and Kakiage Soba were brought in. I didn't expect it at all, but the handmade soba noodles made with ground flour were delicious. Gesoten is relatively small and hard, and the kakiage is large, but it was lumpy inside and it was raw and not delicious. Also, although it is the most important payment, it is inconvenient because you can not use anything other than cash. I can't use credit card or code payment! Please be careful.

Countryside soba that you can eat quickly before going down. The sweetfish tempura was also delicious.

Basho-an, an authentic hand-made soba in Koguchi Port, where you can get off the boat. Geso Ten Soba ¥1,000 for a big meal +¥200 for a full stomach. Good noodles with strong flavor and strong soba are GOOD!

A shop that I would recommend to soba lovers. Recommended is Mori soba cold. Tempura is your choice. The buckwheat here has a good smell. If you chew strong chewy noodles, a delicate and gorgeous scent will pass through your nose. The water used is good, and the texture and aftertaste are refreshing. The soup is slightly sweet, but the delicate aroma is pleasant as mentioned above. If you like buckwheat, you may feel it better. If other reviews say it doesn't feel good, it may be mis-eating or wrong. Although it looks like it is for everyone because it is located at a tourist facility, it is an interesting shop for Tsuu.
